This Class is great for anyone without any experience in martial arts, combat sports and never been in a fist fight and for those with experience even in Muay Thai, our system will help implement more advanced techniques into your game with explanation of WHY we do one technique. This class will focus on the proper technique and alignment of the body while training strikes, defense and the Outliers combo system.
Outliers Coach Tristan aka Mr. T as the kids call him, had trained for over a decade in Muay Thai and Kickboxing before he got the chance to coach and corner fighters. Tristan in addition is also a certified Personal Trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine, (NASM cpt) with specializations in MMA conditioning, Group training, Cognitive Behavioral Change, and more. This combined with what he has learned from the multiple world champion fighters and trainers, which he has had the privilege of training with, he has created a structured system to learn to fight based on Muay Thai Kickboxing but defaulting to what is most efficient and optimally effective so the system is perfect for beginners and very easy for the experienced of any level to pick up quickly.
